The nearby Smoky Mountains are a perfect spot for a weekend camping trip, a scenic drive, or to connect with the Appalachian Trail. Save yourself the drive and ride to the top of the mountain on the Incline Railway. Then tour Rock City, a rocky cliffside with a 100-foot waterfall. From this perch, you can see seven states on a clear day. Don’t miss Ruby Falls, an extensive underground cavern and waterfall.
